37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,155.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join their team of staff.
This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
You support all kitchen operations, undertaking a wide range of catering duties to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of food services.
You prepare food to agreed recipes, quality standards and presentation requirements, ensuring consistency across all meals.
You assist in delivering nutritious, appetising meals that meet individual dietary, cultural and clinical requirements.
You ensure all patients, visitors and colleagues receive high-quality food and excellent customer service.
You support the timely preparation and service of meals, snacks and refreshments throughout the hospital.
You assist with stock rotation, storage and replenishment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience.
College, HND or equivalent catering qualification, or relevant industry experience.
Good knife skills and safe food preparation techniques.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Good understanding of HACCP principles, COSHH and safe working practices.
Knowledge of infection prevention and food safety standards.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and colleagues.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
Willingness to work flexibly to meet service requirements.
Professional appearance and willingness to comply with the hospital uniform policy.
