Position Overview |
To manage and deliver communications and public relations across internal, external, executive and all media channels. The role is responsible for developing compelling communications that support Lucid Motors Middle East priorities, protecting and enhancing corporate reputation, managing relationships with key stakeholders and media, and delivering integrated communications activities across all major business initiatives and milestones, portfolio and products, services and network, human capital development, Design and innovation, new product launches, and corporate engagements. The role requires exceptional writing ability, strong strategic judgement, and the confidence to advise senior leaders in a fast-paced and high-profile environments. |

· Technical Skills: · Communications planning and development, message planning and editorial calendar management. · Executive writing, speech writing, media briefing preparation, and content development. · Media relations, press office operations, spokesperson support, and issues response. · Digital communications, social media content planning, channel management, and performance reporting. · Communications measurement, media monitoring, analytics, and reporting. · Management Skills: · Stakeholder management and senior leadership advisory. · Project management, prioritization, coordination with Lucid Motors HQ communications team, and cross-functional coordination. · Budgeting, procurement support, vendor management and communications operations. · Crisis coordination, decision-making under pressure and risk management. · Team collaboration, problem solving, attention to detail and continuous improvement. |

Minimum Qualifications
|
· Bachelor of Business Administration in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is advantageous. · Minimum 8 – 10 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a communications agency environment. Experience in automotive and mobility is advantageous. · Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality communications under pressure. · Experience developing content across internal, external and digital communications channels. · Experience supporting media relations, executive communications and corporate communications initiatives. · Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide communications advice across the business. · Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
