Kick-start your career through a rotational graduate program offering hands-on experience across Manufacturing Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Project Management, Process Engineering, Procurement, and Systems Excellence, while contributing to operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role:

• Provide first-line engineering support to production teams by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the production floor. Assist in executing work instructions while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support equipment installation, process ramp-ups, and the implementation of design changes to ensure seamless integration within manufacturing operations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization across the production environment. Monitor process, tool, and equipment performance following project handovers to sustain operational excellence.
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by supporting adherence to local and federal regulations and addressing safety concerns when identified. Document manufacturing records, track equipment calibrations, support troubleshooting activities, and execute product modifications to ensure traceability and quality standards.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Science, or a related field. You bring a maximum of 2 years of professional experience and are eager to grow your career.
• You have a strong interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or integrated supply chain (ISC) operations. Exposure to these environments through internships, academic projects, or early career experience is highly valued.
• You are digitally savvy with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support informed business decisions. You are comfortable working with technology and leveraging data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• You demonstrate high energy, adaptability, innovation, and a passion for continuous learning while maintaining high standards of work. You also possess excellent English communication skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
