- Advance data-driven decision making, visibility tools, and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and cost
- Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and emerging technologies
- Establish and manage executive-level relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and key external partners
- Drive vendor performance, contract optimization, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and IT to align supply chain execution with business priorities
- Oversee private fleet strategy, including utilization, cost optimization, safety, and compliance
- Evaluate make vs. buy strategies, routing optimization, and network flow efficiency
- Ensure industry-leading safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Own supply chain P&L, including freight, warehousing, and network costs
- Lead capital planning and ROI-driven investments across the network
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring continuity and resilience across the supply chain
