Senior Transversal Architect

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Transversal Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, specializing in Java development and team coaching. As a consultant, you will lead projects and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Java development projects, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
• Design and implement REST APIs for seamless integration with various applications.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments, automating processes for increased efficiency and reliability.
• Coach and mentor development teams, fostering skill growth and best practices.
• Architect and develop scalable microservices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science - Software Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in Java/Angular development.
• Tech lead expertise (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Recent expertise and experience (minimum 2 years) in leading engineering practices within teams (code quality, testing strategy, CI/CD, tech standards).
• Recent expertise and experience (minimum 5 years) in coaching/mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
• Fluency in French or Dutch at a native or bilingual level.
• Professional proficiency in English.
