Tasks:
The successful candidate (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:Main purpose of the role:Technical responsibility for project management, PMO and steering tasks, particularly within context of the group-wide SAP S/4HANA programme, with a focus on the 'Market to Demand' workstream and the 'Rail Growth Beyond AI' initiative.
The role ensures the structured planning, coordination, execution and achievement of objectives for the assigned initiatives, and supports the identification, prioritisation and implementation of optimisation and standardisation opportunities within the existing business planning landscape.
- Undertaking PMO and project management tasks within the SAP S4/HANA programme for the 'Market to Demand' workstream and the 'Rail Growth Beyond AI' initiative, including structuring work packages, scheduling, resource allocation and dependency management.
- Coordinating and facilitating technical alignment between business, IT, Group functions and external project partners to ensure consistent implementation of the 'Market to Demand' target architecture.
- Preparing decision-making and management documents (e.g. status reports, risk and action overviews, decision requests) for project, programme and management committees.
- Structured support, as well as the identification and assessment of opportunities for optimisation and standardisation within the existing business planning landscape (processes, methods, governance), particularly during the transition from the current ECC-based solutions to the future target state.
- Supporting the definition and further development of target processes and standards within the Market to Demand context, in close coordination with the units responsible for the subject matter.
- Monitoring of progress, risks and deviations within the initiatives for which you are responsible, as well as the derivation and tracking of appropriate control and corrective measures.
- Ensuring the documentation, transparency and traceability of project content, decisions and results as a contribution to programme governance and knowledge retention.

Comparable qualification: at least a Bachelor's degree or Business Informatics: at least a Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering: at least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years' professional experience
Several years' professional experience in business planning, preferably in a manufacturing company or in management consultancies with relevant project experience. - MS Office: at least detailed specialist knowledge
- SAP: at least detailed specialist knowledge
- An advantage: Practical experience in SAP process consultancy or comparable knowledge.
- An advantage: In-depth expertise in SAP (e.g. modules SD, PS, PP, MM or S/4HANA and/or IBP).
- German: at least business fluent
- English: at least business fluent
- A comparable further education programme offering an equivalent level of training (see Degree)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, assured manner.
- A high degree of initiative, combined with flexibility, an efficient approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a very good ability to grasp new concepts.
