About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Team Member to join our UT/FA/REITs/E-Money (UTFA) team. In this role, you will support the team’s operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processing across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money operations. You will collaborate closely with team members to maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.
What you will be doing
Provide operational support to the UTFA team across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money functions
Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Help monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fund operations, unit trusts, or related financial services
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
Basic understanding of financial products such as unit trusts, REITs, or e-money
Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
