Snowflake Lead – Data Engineering
San Antonio, TX / New York, NY (Onsite)

P&C / Specialty Insurance exp Must
Must-Have Skills – Snowflake Lead (Data Engineering)
* 12+ years of Data Engineering / Analytics experience
* 8+ years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support
* 4+ years as a Technical Lead managing onshore/offshore teams
* 4+ years in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
* Strong experience with Snowflake (Advanced SQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Performance Tuning, Security/RBAC)
* Hands-on expertise in Talend ETL / Talend Open Studio
* Strong Python programming (including Snowpark preferred)
* Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI / AI-enabled analytics
* Strong AWS Cloud data platform experience
* Expertise in Data Engineering, ELT/ETL pipelines, CDC, and Data Modeling
* Experience with CI/CD for Snowflake deployments
* Production support, Root Cause Analysis, and Month-End Closing activities
* Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and real-time/batch data ingestion
* AI/ML data engineering experience (feature engineering, ML data pipelines, fraud detection, risk scoring)
* Strong SQL optimization, query tuning, and warehouse performance optimization
* Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-facing leadership skills
