Job Title: Remote Software Developers (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 USD/month
Schedule: Full-time (Must be aligned with North American business hours). Flexible hours. Only mandatory meeting around 10:00 a.m - 12 p.m MST.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
Core Software Engineering & Delivery

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys high-quality backend, frontend, or full-stack software applications across production environments.

Debugs, troubleshoots, and resolves complex technical issues and production bottlenecks promptly.

Writes clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable code following established software engineering design patterns and best practices.

Participates actively in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and code reviews to maintain code quality across the team.
Modern AI Workflows & Collaboration

Collaborates closely with paired developers, engineering leadership, and remote team members during North American business hours.

Leverages AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to optimize coding workflows, automate routine tasks, and boost delivery efficiency.

Demonstrates proactive communication regarding project progress, technical roadblocks, and technical solution recommendations.
Process Standardization & Technical Growth

Contributes to continuous engineering process improvements, DevOps practices, and shared knowledge documentation.

Stays ahead of software industry trends, continually sharpening technical domain knowledge and adapting rapidly to new technology stacks.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of professional, hands-on software development experience working on production-grade applications.

Core Software Principles: Strong foundation in software engineering principles, object-oriented design, system architecture, and collaborative Git workflows.

AI Tooling Comfort: Demonstrated comfort using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance engineering efficiency.

Full-Stack / Modern Stack Proficiency: Experience in modern backend, frontend, or full-stack development, including databases and API integrations.

Language Skills: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, equipped for active technical collaboration during North American business hours.

Mindset & Ownership: Strong problem-solving instincts, attention to code quality, and a desire for long-term career growth within a unified team structure.
