What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Workforce Data Administration (WFDA) Associate is responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining accurate employee data within HR systems. The role supports global HR operations by processing requests, ensuring data quality, and delivering services in accordance with defined SLAs and compliance standards. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
What are we looking for? Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including: New hire onboarding Employee data changes Promotions and transfers Leave and absence administration Benefits administration Offboarding and exit management Maintain employee and organizational data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR). Validate HR requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Resolve employee and manager queries through ticketing systems, email, or phone. Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and data privacy requirements. Perform quality checks and root cause analysis to improve process efficiency. Maintain process documentation and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with internal HR teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services. Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and workforce administration. Experience with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsAny Graduation
