Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)

 

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Kansas City, Missouri. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: $83,000-$111,000 

• Annual Salary: $83,000 – 93,000 

• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
