Your mission

Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetic Innovation Center based in Shanghai is looking for a Formulation Project Manager Junior for a VIE (2 years) from 2027. It is strongly recommended to have a good grasp of the basics of Mandarin and a very good level in English.
 

The formulor is responsible for creating innovative technologies/texture/trend into better and superior products within the Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics Innovation Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical analysis of innovation project and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure the monitoring of trials, studies (stability, methods, etc.) and the traceability of all stages of the activity.
• Manage projects using R&D IT tools in accordance with established processes.
• Analyze, interpret, and synthesize all data, propose and implement follow-up actions, including in the event of technical issues.
• Coordinate and support the new raw material sourcing and derisk, including document collection, risk analysis and propose action plan.
• Follow up the trend on Raw materials, cosmetics, dermatological skin care.

Collaborate with research partners on the innovation concept and valorization.
 

Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering or Pharmacy related

• 1-3 years cosmetic research or formulation experience.
• With basic knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, process and formula designs.
