We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both hot and cold preparation, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present hot and cold Dishes
- Ensure consistency and quality of all food produced
- Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with training junior team members when required
- Control wastage and follow proper portion standards
- Ensure mise en place is organized and prepared on time
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience
- Have an expertise in all cuisine
- Basic English communication skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards
Preferred Profile
- Experience in luxury hotels or high-volume restaurants
- Passion for cooking demonstration
- Organized, disciplined, and reliable
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
