Purpose Statement:
This Talent Sourcing Manager role on our Talent Acquisition team will manage all activities happening within the assigned scope to include Boston Scientific’s sourcing strategy and execution in the marketplace. You will develop, initiate and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a diversified workforce. In addition, you will manage multiple clients and competing demands to attract qualified candidates while positioning the organization as an “Employer of Choice”.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sourcers and develop a program that continues to strengthen and grow the team’s sourcing and recruiting skills
- Be the subject matter expert in the sourcing space that uses creative techniques in solving complex sourcing situations
- Interface with Sr. Leaders on pipelining for leadership roles and/or market development
- Lead strategic sourcing programs that target and identify talent for a wide rangeof disciplines, engage candidates in a creative and personalized manner andpipeline active and passive candidates for positions of responsibility.
- Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement where peers lead trainings, provide mentorship and independently develop skills in support of TA.
- Manage the sourcing process including allocation of work load among self/sourcingteam by overseeing the volume, activity and results
- Create an on-going pipeline of diverse talent utilizing search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc)
- Act as a consultative partner to the Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Hiring Managers in sharing market data, talent pools, challenges and suggestions for identifying talent.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing Sourcing processes, procedures and systems
- Educate and sell candidates on both the opportunity and why Boston Scientific is an employer of choice
- Work with recruiting team on networking events and Virtual Career Fairs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of talent acquisition experience with strong full-cycle recruiting expertise.
- Proven ability to manage high volume hiring for both indirect and direct labor.
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing recruitment.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and talent databases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience in multinational companies or shared services environment is preferred.
