Amadeus is one of the top ten travel technology companies in the world. At Amadeus we are passionate about building better technology that makes better journeys by connecting the entire travel ecosystem — airlines, search engines, travel agencies, tour operators and other travel players — with the objective to better run their operations and improve the travel experience.
Within the Travel Unit, Travel Distribution Customer Operations (CMO) unites all worldwide activities related to the customer journey, from onboarding new solutions to everyday usage, playing a key role in every step of the customer relationship: from the acquisition of the customer to adoption (Delivery) and then retention (Customer Services).
Our Implementation Service (IMP) organization is part of Delivery, and our mission is to enable customer success by delivering optimal and efficient services around our portfolio — helping customers maximize the benefit of our offering and ensuring a highly satisfying operational relationship.
Within this organization, you will be part of the Implementation Projects & Performance (IPP) team, which provides Project Managers for IMP complex projects (migration, decommissioning, etc.), coordinates IMP Strategic Streams (performance, automation, AI, etc.) and manages Transversal programs (from outside CMO) for IMP.

- Consolidate and follow up implementation project planning, resources and issues.
- Define and follow up implementation reporting (reporting structure and content, etc.).
- Monitor the project and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Evaluate internal and external project risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Communicate and report on project resources, progress, risks and costs to the Program Manager and Sponsor.
- Escalate any issue impacting costs, project delivery timeline or scope to the Program Manager and Sponsor.
- Support the Program Manager to implement the CR structure for financial purposes.
- Attend the Customer Project Status meeting and the Project Steering Committee.
