Job Description
Embedded in our Europe Operations Transformation team, you will help design, build and deploy low-code/no-code Automation and AI solutions that transform Merchant Acquiring Operations. This is a hands‑on role for a builder‑advisor who combines process excellence with practical awareness of low-code/no-code solutions while championing responsible AI adoption and enabling a wider community of citizen developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, design, pilot and implementation of low code / no-code process improvements using proven toolkits like Power Apps, Copilot Studios etc.
Develop and deploy low‑code/no‑code solutions — Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps front‑ends, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint‑based data flows and AI Builder document processing etc. — from POC through UAT to production.
Translate operational pain points into automation opportunities; manage discovery, prototyping, testing and rollout with measurable outcomes.
Governance & compliance: Steward each solution through the bank's governance pathway maintaining documentation, monitoring and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
Run train‑the‑trainer sessions and mentor colleagues to build low code/no-code solutions independently, broadening delivery capacity and removing single points of failure.
Adoption and value realisation; refine solutions via usage data and user feedback.
Stay ahead: Monitor emerging AI, agentic and low‑code capabilities to inform strategy and the automation roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in low-code/ no-code solutions like Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI concepts and their application in business process transformation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
5+ years in process optimisation and automation, ideally in financial services with exposure to delivering low‑code/AI solutions.
Hands-on experience of landing deploying virtual agents in a regulated operational environments.
Experience integrating solutions via connectors/APIs (SharePoint, Dataverse, premium connectors) within enterprise guardrails.
Ability to work across global teams and influence without authority.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
