· Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and advancing growth/exploration opportunities in onshore unconventional resource plays; Appalachia/Marcellus and/or broad multi-basin experience strongly preferred

· Strong technical leadership presence able to influence, mentor, and elevate a team without relying on formal authority

· Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate technical work into clear business-relevant recommendations for leadership

· Advanced integration of geologic, geophysical, petrophysical, and production data

· Proficiency in industry mapping/interpretation software (e.g., Kingdom); familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire and ArcPro) a plus

· Strong command of well logs and petrophysics; experience with seismically-informed characterization a plus

· Highly ambitious and self-motivated individual that thrives in deep technical work, and comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Power Point

Education Requirements:

Minimum: Graduate degree; Master’s degree in geology or geophysics highly preferred

Years of Experience:
