As an Assistant Center Manager at Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center, you'll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! Our Assistant Managers support the Center Manager in being responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company's desired financial results.

This is a full-time position, with a generous base rate and bonus with unlimited commission potential. The position is highly sales-driven, and you control your earnings.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
• A sales background is strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• A professional appearance at all times
