The Assembler I is the entry point into that team, responsible for executing assembly procedures on the production floor with accuracy and care. Every device that leaves the Long Beach facility represents this role's commitment to getting the details right. By maintaining certified trained status and following manufacturing operating procedures without exception, the Assembler I protects the integrity of every SkinHealth Systems product that reaches providers and patients worldwide.

  • Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
  • Document production activities accurately and on time, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and cross-functional activities that enhance production efficiency and team capability.
  • Work cooperatively with teammates to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to asking questions when clarity is needed.

Preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
