Key Responsibilities Overview

Subsidiary Governance: Manage records, statutory compliance, and entity management software for 80+ global subsidiaries.

Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and file statutory reports, monitor legal changes, and ensure policy adherence.

Board & Committee Support: Assist with governance, reporting practices, and meeting preparation for the Group Board and regulated entities.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with directors, banks, registries, and other authorities; handle confidential KYC requests.

ESG and Reporting: Support ESG compliance and annual reporting for the Group, including compliance with UK and Global regulations.

Training & Transactions: Assist with directors’ training and intragroup transactions

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree. A company secretary qualification is desirable (part or fully qualified).

Experience

o 2/3+ years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles.

o Experience working in multinational or regulated environments is a plus.

Skills

o Strong understanding of corporate law and governance.

o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

o High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

o A team player capable of working autonomously and leading projects

o Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with corporate secretarial software.

Additional details

Work Environment This role involves working closely with the legal, risk and compliance and finance teams, as well as senior executives in the business.

Location: London, Hybrid (attendance at offices 2x per week) Reports to: Head of Corporate Secretarial & Governance

12 Months fixed term contract
