1. ポジション概要
日立エナジージャパンのハイボルテージ事業では、遮断器や開閉装置などの高電圧製品を通じて、社会インフラに不可欠な電力の安定供給を支えています。
本インターンシップでは、HV Project Engineerの業務を通じて、設計検討、技術課題の整理、関係者との調整・合意形成など、プロジェクトエンジニアとしての実務を体験いただきます。
2. 主な業務内容
Project Engineerは、図面や計算結果を作成するだけでなく、設計内容が品質・コスト・納期および他工程に与える影響を考慮しながら、最適な仕様や対応策を検討・提案する役割を担います。
インターンシップでは、実際のプロジェクト事例をもとに、設計確認の観点、課題整理の進め方、関係者との合意形成プロセスを学んでいただきます。
3. インターンシップを通じて得られる経験
本インターンシップを通じて、設計を通じてプロジェクト全体を成立させるProject Engineerの役割について、実務に近い形で学ぶことができます。
また、送変電設備という社会的責任の大きい分野において、技術的な検討や関係者との連携が、電力インフラの安定供給にどのようにつながっているかを理解する機会となります。
期間中は、担当社員がメンターとしてサポートし、設計検討の進め方や考え方についてフィードバックを行います。

Your background
1. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Fundamental knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering

4. A proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
5. Passion for innovation and creating new value
