Superintendent - Underground Utilities
Saskatchewan
Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") supplies skilled labour for construction projects across Canada, primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, supporting clients such as PME Inc., Silverado Site Services, and EllisDon Industrial.
Key Information:
- Primary Project Locations: Saskatchewan (Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw, etc)
- Hours: Various shifts, project dependent, 12-hour days
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends (Various shift rotations)
- Hourly/Salary rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned.
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff.
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely.
- Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
- Direct the overall construction program of the project.
- Ensure project is meeting construction schedule.
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site.
Experience and Certifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent role
- 3-5 years of Underground Utilities construction experience is required.
- Equipment Operator experience or other field experience is an asset.
- CSTS 202, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II and Leadership for Safety Excellence is required.
- Software is heavily used within the organization processes; the candidate must have strong computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as: Microsoft Office (Excel), and Proprietary Software.
- Travel is required - A valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation is required.
- A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
- Proficient English language and strong communication skills required.
Education: Completion of high school is required.
