Shipper/Receiver (Manufacturing Plant)

Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a qualified Shipper/Receiver to join their Manufacturing Plant in Mississauga, Ontario.

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, full-time role with excellent benefits and opportunities to grow? Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join their warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth daily operations of the department
• Operate a forklift and reach truck for order picking
• Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time customer deliveries
• Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma (preferred)
• Valid forklift license with reach truck experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
• Excellent concentration and memory

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay: $26.09/hour
• Shift Premiums: Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift Rotation: Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)
