That’s where you come in.As Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of the heartbeat of the organisation: customer service, projects, pricing discipline, margin, systems, and data. Your insight will shape decisions, not just report on them.You’ll lead teams that matter.You’ll own and develop Customer Service and Projects – coaching managers, building capability, and setting a culture of accountability, empowerment and data-driven thinking. You will turn complexity into advantage.From pricing and margin improvement to large project governance, you’ll bring structure, discipline and commercial rigour where it counts.You’ll drive systems, not fight them.You’ll optimise how the ERP and CRM are managed, and use that to improve data integrity and reporting, and help build capability that actually supports growth and customer excellence. You’ll leave things better than you found them.Continuous improvement isn’t a slogan here. It’s expected. Processes, performance, customer experience – all fair game.What you’ll actually be doingLeading and developing high-impact commercial teamsDriving margin improvement, pricing discipline and operational efficiencyOwning commercial performance metrics and turning insight into actionOverseeing complex quotations, tenders and strategic projectsEmbedding smarter use of ERP and CRM systemsActing as the commercial voice in cross-functional decision makingThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.Who this will suitYou’re already operating in a commercial, sales or operational role with a significant degree of responsibility and want a role with more scope, more influence and more challenge.You’re likely to haveStrong commercial instincts and a sharp analytical mindProven experience leading multi-functional teams in a manufacturing environmentConfidence working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a big plus)A track record of improving processes, performance and profitabilityThe ability to zoom out strategically – and dive in when neededYou don’t need everything perfectly polished.
