What’s In It for You

Competitive Pay: Technicians: $36-$60 per hour all in ($75,000 to $125,000); Installers: $38-$72/hr $80,000 to $150,000 annually) depending on performance.

·         Base and bonuses paid weekly

·         Potential for additional monthly bonuses.

·         Monday- Friday.

·         Rotating on call shifts for after hours and weekends.

Skills and/or Requirements

• Three years or more of experience in HVAC technician or installation roles.
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification.

·         Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·         Physically able to perform duties of an installer.

·         Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

·         Strong computer/iPad skills, a must!

·         Able to pass a drug test, background check and MVR.

·         High school degree or GED.

·         Service Titan, a plus!

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of necessary equipment.
• Collecting payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Completing invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Performing other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
