Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate closely with Terminal Vendors to manage timely terminal deployment, retrieval, maintenance, and stock movement (daily task).
- Perform reconciliation on terminal stock with vendors including daily movement, tracking, and monitoring to maintain accurate month end inventory records.
- Verify the accuracy of closing reports and billing files from terminal vendors to ensure correct payouts.
- Review vendor performance, prepare scorecards for management, and coordinate vendor meetings to consolidate insights and escalate key matters.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Risk, and internal support teams to resolve system or operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to merchant terminals services.
- Identify inactive merchant bases and coordinate terminations with relevant stakeholders to implement cost-saving measures.
- Provide monthly business cost-saving updates to the Finance department.
- Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the department notice box to reflect any new changes.
- Provide RCSA samples to the Compliance team and support ad-hoc projects as required.
- End-to-end vendor management operational processes, ensuring full adherence to internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
