Responsibilities:
- Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes
- Administer medications, including Botox, and perform treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and manage airways for patients with respiratory conditions
- Perform basic IV therapy and maintain IV access
- Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, including behavioral health support
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Perform gastric lavage procedures as needed
- Collect and process laboratory specimens as required
- Provide care for toddlers, including monitoring growth and development
- Utilize the electronic medical record system to document patient care

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in [state]
- Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience, preferably in a private duty or home healthcare setting
- Experience with airway management, basic IV therapy, and specialized care for patients with special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Familiarity with gastric lavage procedures and laboratory specimen collection processes
- Experience in toddler care is a plus
- Proficiency in using the electronic medical record system is preferred
