PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Industry: Manufacturing
THE JOB
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best prices and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify trends, forecast future production needs, and make informed decisions regarding process adjustments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to align production capabilities with market demands and promotional strategies.
THE PERSON
- Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Business Management
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO global standards.
- A solid background in production management, with hands-on experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Fluent English, native Bulgarian
