About the Role
We’re seeking a Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to craft exceptional dishes, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to the excitement that makes our pop-ups special.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
- Station Management: Organize, maintain, and execute your station with precision and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, solid grasp of cooking techniques, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Teamwork: Positive communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for food, learning, and creative expression.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
