WHAT TO EXPECT AS A DISPATCHER - CSR
In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, managing incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching our skilled technicians. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you build strong relationships through open and transparent communication. When challenges arise, you'll remain calm and composed, providing timely solutions and alternatives. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR DISPATCHER - CSR
- A high school diploma
- Experience in customer support or client services
- Excellent dispatching skills
- Superb phone and active listening skills
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
Familiarity with QuickBooks would be beneficial!
