Description

High performers in this role have a clear and accelerated path to territorial ownership.
- The territory parameters for the Associate Territory Manager (Heartland) position include Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be based out of Kansas City, Missouri, or within about 20 minutes outside of Kansas City. The individual will be expected to travel extensively within these states, including to cities like Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Topeka.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent achievement
- Proven track record of achievement, resilience, and drive
- Strong communication skills; able to build credibility with clinical stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated with strong organization and time management
- Tech-savvy (MS Office, CRM)
- Willingness to travel 50–60% with valid driver’s license
- Able to meet healthcare credentialing requirements
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of sales, healthcare, or clinical experience (med device/pharma preferred)
- Exposure to urology, surgical, or OR environments
- Experience with consultative selling
- Comfortable in clinical/procedural settings
- Passion for healthcare and continuous learning
Job Requirements
- Support the Territory Manager in achieving revenue goals and managing assigned accounts
- Prospect and develop new business across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices
- Execute daily sales activities, maintain CRM, and manage inventory
- Build clinical and product knowledge; support training and case coverage in the OR
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and assist with demos and evaluations
- Learn consultative selling and financial concepts (GPOs, cost-per-case)
- Participate in training, planning, and performance development
- Ensure compliance with credentialing, policies, and industry standards
- Base: 55K (First year's rep can reach 130K)
- Commission: Paid out monthly
