Altrincham Grammar School is looking for a driven, talented to join our team, someone who is comfortable with all elements of ideation, graphic and visual design, and branding.Key job responsibilitiesTranslating Altrincham Grammar School needs and branding strategies into design strategiesUse digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs to support the Signal program teamCreate visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message as communicated by the Signal Program teamPresent design concepts to the Altrincham Grammar School Program teamIncorporate changes recommended by Altrincham Grammar School into final designsReview designs for errors before printing or publishing themSelecting colors, fonts, typefaces, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative conceptsDevelop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelinesDeliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience.Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production effortsProduce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.Support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and customer feedbackQuality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.Present work to the team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.Digital platform design experience and understanding of cross-platform design guidelines.Experience leading communications for both in-person and virtual eventsAbility to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects, and prioritizing tasks.Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant, and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions, and iconography.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCan work independently with minimal supervision, while able to follow directionAttention to detail and accuracyAltrincham Grammar School is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
