Job Description

We are looking for a Security Support Analyst. As a Security Support Analyst on the Security Engineering and Cyber Operations team, this position will perform basic cybersecurity work to help protect organizational and/or partner networks, systems, applications, and data from cyber threats. This role will also assist subject matter experts with process automation through Agentic AI, including defining work processes and translating business use cases into autonomous Agentic AI models. This is a remote, contract role.

What You'll Do

• Perform basic work in one or more cybersecurity categories, specialty areas, or work roles
• Support efforts to protect organizational and/or partner networks, systems, applications, and data from cyber threats
• Assist subject matter experts with process automation through Agentic AI
• Help define work processes for automation opportunities
• Translate business use cases into autonomous Agentic AI models

What You'll Need

Required:

• Ability to support cybersecurity work across networks, systems, applications, and data
• Ability to assist with defining work processes and translating business use cases for Agentic AI automation

Preferred:

• Experience or exposure to cybersecurity operations, security engineering, process automation, or Agentic AI

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$27 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
