About the Opportunity
Do you have experience in technical customer compliance within the fresh produce industry? Are you detail-oriented, confident working with quality systems and comfortable translating customer requirements into clear actions? Then this could be a great opportunity to join Driscoll’s as our new Technical Customer Compliance Specialist EMEA.Responsibilities
What does your working day look like?
No two days will be exactly the same. One day you may be reviewing customer requirements, updating a customer portal or working with internal teams to improve quality documentation. On another, you could be visiting a UK grower to conduct a compliance assessment and follow up on corrective actions.
You will also monitor relevant industry developments, including BRCGS updates, and make sure important changes are communicated across the organisation.
Your responsibilities
- Manage customer portals and changes to customer policies and compliance requirements.
- Review customer codes of practice and industry standards.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems.
- Manage document control across the UK and EMEA.
- Conduct external audits and assessments at UK grower sites.
- Perform internal audits and follow up on non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Monitor relevant industry and customer compliance developments.
- Work closely with internal teams, growers and external partners.
- Participate in UK and EMEA compliance meetings, projects and industry events.
If you enjoy combining technical expertise with hands-on collaboration and want to contribute to maintaining high standards across our UK and EMEA operations, we would love to hear from you.
