Description

Vestiaire Collective is the leading global platform for desirable pre-loved fashion and a pioneer in transforming how people consume fashion.

Our mission is simple: make circular fashion the norm, not the exception.
Through technology, expertise, and a highly engaged global community, we enable millions of people to buy and sell fashion in a more sustainable way.

Founded in Paris in 2009, Vestiaire Collective is now a globally scaled marketplace with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, New York, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City, and logistics hubs across Europe, Asia, and the US.
Today, we are a team of around 600 people from over 50 nationalities, united by a shared ambition: to drive meaningful change in the fashion industry.

Our values, Activism, Transparency, Dedication, Greatness, and Collective, shape how we build, collaborate, and grow every day.

About the role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Sustainability Brand & Impact Manager to join the Impact team on a maternity cover contract, reporting to the Impact Director.

This strategic role is at the intersection of Impact, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Corporate Communication. You will shape Vestiaire Collective’s sustainability position, activation and understanding by consumers across our markets and channels.

As the owner of the Sustainability brand pillar, you will lead the implementation of our validated Sustainability brand proposition and roadmap. You will work closely with Marketing to turn Impact priorities into compelling campaigns, relevant consumer experiences and credible communications.

You will also lead key consumer insight and Impact measurement initiatives, shape the evolution of our annual Impact reporting.

The Impact team leads Vestiaire Collective’s ambition to become the most sustainable e-commerce marketplace and supports our mission to change the way people consume fashion. We work across the organisation to develop, communicate and activate our sustainability strategy, while demonstrating the positive contribution of circular fashion.

This role is an opportunity to influence both brand perception and consumer behaviour, while helping strengthen Vestiaire Collective’s position as a pioneer in sustainable fashion and circularity.

This position is for a Maternity Cover that will last at least 8 months (starting in January 2027)
