Your Responsibilities

• Own and execute local PR, influencer, brand and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage media relations, press activities, product announcements and PR agencies.
• Develop and execute KOL/influencer campaigns, brand events, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Coordinate paid media activations across social media, TV, OOH and radio.
• Ensure all marketing activities are integrated, locally relevant and commercially impactful.

• Define, monitor and take ownership of KPIs across PR, influencer, brand and media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate performance data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize campaigns, channel mix and marketing investments.

• Represent ECOVACS in France with media, influencers, agencies and external partners.
• Act as a key local communication contact and brand spokesperson when required.
• Build strong relationships with journalists, KOLs and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning and communication standards.

• Adapt global and EMEA marketing strategies, campaigns and product messaging to the French market.
• Ensure local activities reflect French consumer preferences, cultural trends and commercial priorities.
• Share market insights, opportunities and recommendations with EMEA teams.

• Independently manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution and evaluation.
• Coordinate product launches, retail activations, brand campaigns and external agencies.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure effective collaboration with Sales, Product, Retail, Channel Marketing and EMEA teams.

• Take full responsibility for assigned marketing workstreams and business outcomes.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Challenge existing approaches, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, international environment with strong commercial awareness.

Your profile

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

·       MUST: 10+ years of experience within consumer electronics 

·       Experience as a PR/Communications/Marketing or similar role

·       Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies

·       Understanding of the business landscape and channel marketing, POSM etc.

·       Experience with budget planning and allocation as well as defining and tracking KPI’s

·       Affinity to work with numbers and a good understanding of ROI-concept

·       Experience in implementing ATL campaigns in the French market

·       Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal relationship skills 

·       Fluent English and French, oral and written

·       Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and  content management systems is a plus

·       Organized and detail-oriented working style with strong negotiation skills

·       Hands-on mentality and great ability to solve problems and make decisions
