Overview
If you're a college student, Pfizer Futures is your chance to gain real-world, impactful work experience for 10-12 weeks during the summer. This U.S. program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague.
With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division's goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer.
The 2027 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 5th to November 8th, 2026.
Applications and placements for this program are reviewed on a rolling basis. Interview and hiring timelines differ by division.
Responsibilities
Pfizer's Legal and Compliance groups play a critical role in enabling Pfizer's mission by providing strategic counsel and managing enterprise risk. These groups contribute to a wide range of initiatives that ensure Pfizer operates with integrity, accountability, and in full compliance with global regulations.
Examples of Past Projects:• Corporate Governance — supported the Corporate Governance team with subsidiary governance duties and AI-related governance processes.• Government Litigation Intern — assisted the Government Litigation team with ongoing research projects.• R&D Legal Intern — supported the R&D Legal group, including Internal Medicine and I&I R&D teams.• Global Investigations Intern — supported the Global Investigations team in conducting reviews of serious compliance concerns.• Compliance Global Investigations Summer Intern — supported the compliance investigations function, including document review and data analysis.• Legal Division Summer Intern — supported Pfizer's transactional in-house attorneys and cross-functional business teams on transactional and operational legal matters.

Minimum Qualifications
• Be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.• Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)• Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date• Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester. Note: For R&D roles, a minimum GPA of 3.3 is required.• Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week. Please note, some lab/manufacturing roles may require additional on-site days

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
