Duties and Responsibilities
· Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions both agent and
non-agent
· Facilitate pre-employment testing and Berlitz when applicable
· Facilitate Job Offers
· Prepare and send announcements for non-agents new hires
· Assists in the coordination with operations team for final interview
· Assists in the other recruitment steps in order to facilitate quality and time bounded
customer service to applicants and clients
· Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and
final decision on hiring of qualified applicants
· Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database
· Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
