AIG Underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. How you will create an impact

• Strong focus to meat SLA and comply with KPI’s
• Proactive management and oversight multinational activities
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across Multinational and AIG Network
• Provide multinational technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Ensure Multinational service fee discipline by negotiating with PO’s and utilizing available tools.
• Partner with Product underwriters to review and update wordings accordingly.
• Engage with multinational direct clients and/or brokers to ensure end to end process on a timely manner.
• Monitor performance and escalate where necessary to ensure all agreed Multinational service SLAs are being met.
• Help identify, support, and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow AIG multinational business.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bilingual (English and Spanish is a must) additional language is desirable
• Commercial insurance experience is at least 5 years, preferably client servicing (broker or company background)
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures
• Client focused with experience working with multinational corporations and dealing with senior client personnel / risk managers
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Ability to lead others to achieve common goals
• Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word

 

Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:

• Analytical
• Customer service
• Communication and PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Broker relationship management
• Negotiation
