Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned major accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for customers and manage ongoing customer relationships.
- Drive retention, penetration and conversion business.
- Manage account strategy, contract renewals, and compliance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct prospecting, customer meetings, and other sales activities.
- Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Global Account teams.
- Coordinate internal resources to support service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international express, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts, with the ability to articulate UPS's value proposition to customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team to drive results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
