Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the relationship.
- Lead client meetings with senior executives to understand their business, identify coverage gaps, and develop customized insurance solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance around insurance and risk management based on each client’s specific needs.
- Help develop best practices and resources that can be used across the team as the organization continues to grow.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of insurance programs.
- Bring client feedback and market insights back to internal teams to help improve processes and solutions.
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve efficiency, and expand the value provided to clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on client service, innovation, and accountability.
