Walter’s Tavern is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the heart of Queenstown.

About the role:
- Work alongside a talented kitchen team delivering consistent, high-quality food
- Prepare and cook across multiple sections during busy services
- Maintain strong kitchen standards, food safety and presentation
- Assist with prep, service and daily kitchen operations
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help support junior chefs
About you:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Passionate about delivering great food and consistent quality
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
