Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (primarily hiring for 3rd shift)

Location: Electric Avenue, Milwaukee, WI

Hourly Rate: $37.59 (LG11)

Night Shift Bonus: $1.00

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include:

• Perform all processing/manufacturing operations consistent with the production of metal ceramic frame tubes, in the 10K cleanroom production room.
• Maintenance of tight tolerances and strict inspection criteria is mandatory, along with set-up and operation of manual and automated equipment.
• Able to support the “20 Gemini Business Team Requirements” within a customer focused team environment, with knowledge of a diversified manner in the above described areas, with the ability to be flexible in all job assignments within the work group, thereby assuring all quality, output and financial requirements are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an assessment and interview to determine:
• Ability to write an effective, sequential process
• Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot
• Ability to do basic math
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ability to use standard and precision mechanical measuring devices
• Business behaviors and abilities of the candidate, including interpersonal skills, candidate's work history, education, training and technical skills
• Perform to cleanroom gowning and employee practices
• Have passed manual dexterity test administered by Tubes Management personnel
• Requires the ability to lift 25 lbs on a repetitive basis*
• Able to discriminate visually to perform various checks*
• Able to discriminate auditorially to perform noise checks*
• Bending motions from waist required*
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion required*
• Extended period of standing/sitting*
