Job Description Summary:

Job Description:

Education: - Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy. - Basic knowledge in physical therapy practices in accordance with the P.T. Practice Act. Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Illinois eligible or licensed Physical Therapist. - CPR certification is required.

Pay Transparency

$37.43 - $58.02

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
