  • Regulatory Compliance Support: assist in monitoring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks across the Cards business
  • Risk Awareness & Training: support the preparation of risk awareness materials, communications, and training content to promote a strong risk culture
  • Reporting & Governance: assist in preparing risk and control presentations, review summaries, and management reporting materials
  • Process Deep-Dive Reviews: participate in detailed reviews of business processes across Cards Issuing, Acquiring, Unsecured Loans, Partnerships, and Loyalty programmes to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Controls Automation: assist in developing macros, tools, and automation solutions to enhance control reviews and improve operational efficiency
  • Audit Support: provide administrative and coordination support for Singapore and Regional internal audit activities
  • Ad-hoc Projects: support additional risk, governance, compliance, and business improvement initiatives as assigned
