Description
As an Associate Manager, Data Analytics, you will drive analytics that help shape business decisions and improve outcomes across Stryker’s Endoscopy division. In this role, you will lead and help grow a team of analytics professionals while remaining hands-on in delivering reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, influence priorities, and help modernize how data and analytics are used to solve problems and accelerate performance.
**The preferred candidate will be based in either the Mountain or Central Time Zone**
What You Will Do
- Lead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects.
- Develop and deliver analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support business decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and shape analytics solutions and delivery plans that meet business needs and drive adoption.
- Partner with business leaders to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve prioritization or resource challenges.
- Coach, develop, and support a team of analytics professionals through onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Review analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and provide technical guidance to improve solution quality and consistency.
- Identify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of people leadership, team leadership, project leadership, or formal coaching experience.
- Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and leading teams through change.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
- Experience using business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models, to support analytics and reporting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with analytics automation, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitHub Copilot, Databricks, Python, DAX, and M.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions or stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization.

- US5: $123,900 - $206,500 USD Annual
- US10: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual
- US15: $135,700 - $226,200 USD Annual
- US20: $141,600 - $236,000 USD Annual
- US30: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual
