  • Support workforce planning and daily staffing needs to meet operational requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
  • Support initiatives that improve service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety throughout warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to warehouse safety standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications
