The Senior Vice President, Litigation, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, will be responsible for leading the legal team focused on Government Investigations, Business & Consumer Litigation, Antitrust, Intellectual Property, Digital Information & Governance (DIG). The successful candidate will be a key member of the Legal Department leadership team and will work and partner closely with Senior Executive business leaders across the company. This leader must be a highly effective strategic thinker and tactical implementer with a history of delivering results. - Active member of the Legal Affairs Leadership Team.
- Builds and sustains a broad network of trusted relationships within T-Mobile, establishing a reputation for credibility, reliability, and collaborative partnership that amplifies their impact and the team’s effectiveness.
- Build a broad network of trusted external relationships.
- Has the analytical abilities, insights, and experience to counsel and guide the company on pressing legal, regulatory and compliance matters within their domain, including in consultation with GC.
- Ensures the team has fluency in AI and drives adoption of technology (including AI) that can improve quality and cost-effectiveness within Legal Affairs group.
- Actively drives the company’s business objectives related to their functional area with the tools, resources, and expertise available to the Legal Affairs department.
- Helps convey the company’s strategic vision and culture to their team to activate and support a healthy, aligned, and highly effective department.
- Assembles, leads, and inspires a talented and high-functioning leadership team.
- The architect of organizational design strategies within their organization.
- Has a vision for where their organization is headed and well-developed understanding of how the work of the department, and the demands it faces, may change, grow, or retract.

- Serves as a skilled and credible negotiator on legal matters within their domain, balancing legal risk and business objectives to drive favorable outcomes for the company.
- Maintains deep and current expertise in Litigation, Labor and Employment, Antitrust & Intellectual Property, providing sound, practical legal counsel that reflects both command of the law and a sophisticated understanding of the business context in which legal issues arise.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required and active state bar license.
- 12+ years of extensive experience leading complex, high-stakes litigation, including matters involving billions of dollars in risk exposure.
- Experience managing government investigations, antitrust matters, intellectual property, and labor & employment matters.
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership on legal strategy and risk mitigation.
- Experience managing outside counsel relationships, negotiating outside counsel rates, and managing a legal department budget.
- Proven experience leading and developing legal teams, including organizational design and succession planning.
- Experience driving adoption of AI and other technologies within a legal function.

Pay Range: $338,200 -$457,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 60%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Corporate employees at this level are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
