As a Barista, you'll craft everything from freshly brewed coffee and specialty espresso drinks to refreshing iced beverages and smoothies, all while providing the warm, welcoming guest experience Stonewall Kitchen is known for.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve delicious hot and cold beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffees, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
• Welcome guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Prep fresh fruit, coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients to keep the beverage station ready for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café environment.
• Work alongside a great team to keep orders flowing during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Pitch in with other café duties as needed. 

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for great guest service.
• Previous barista, café, or food service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone eager to learn!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
