Position Overview
The senior contractor leader for the full AFRH Federal EHR deployment. You carry executive-level oversight of every workstream, run the contractor-government interface, and make sure deliverables, milestones, and performance outcomes land on both campuses.
What You'll Do
- Set and drive the integrated program strategy across AFRH-Washington and AFRH-Gulfport
- Serve as the primary POC between Peraton and AFRH Government personnel and the COR
- Build, own, and maintain the WBS and IMS — these are your source of truth
- Translate the Government SOO into a measurable, defensible PWS
- Map every proposed task back to the MAC IDIQ base contract scope
- Define and monitor performance outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Run risk identification and mitigation across the full project lifecycle
- Lead key contract deliverables: Staffing Plan (D003), NDAs (D005), training reports (D007)
- Represent Peraton in Government technical defense sessions
- Choreograph deployment phases from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization
*** Contingent upon Contract award ***
